After being hit by a car, Bryn came into rescue and had to have one of her back legs amputated. Thankfully, this resilient girl hasn’t let that slow her down! Bryn is happiest when she’s with her people, soaking up all the love and attention she can get. She does great in her kennel during the day, but after spending the first three years of her life living in an outdoor kennel, she much prefers stretching out on a cozy dog bed and enjoying the comforts of home. One of Bryn’s favorite activities is going to get a pup cup! She’s always up for an adventure and doesn’t let having three legs stop her from enjoying life. While she enjoys getting out and exploring, she prefers shorter walks and is currently working on her leash manners. Bryn is also a true water dog and absolutely loves splashing around or lounging in her kiddie pool on a warm day. Because of her amputation, Bryn does best in a home with minimal stairs. Hardwood and slippery floors can be challenging for her since her back leg sometimes slips, so rugs or carpeted areas help her feel more confident getting around. She may need a little assistance getting into a vehicle, but she can hop back out all by herself. Bryn has experienced a lot of change in a short amount of time and continues to adapt with an incredibly positive attitude. She loves the resident dog in her foster home but would do best with slow introductions to any new canine friends.
