I’m about a year old and learning just how amazing indoor life with a family can be! I’m still figuring out all the rules of this whole “house dog” thing, but I think I’m getting the hang of it. I’m doing really well with my kennel training, although I’ll admit I sometimes have a little barking or whining because I don't want to miss out on the fun! At a perfect medium size of about 45 pounds, I’m big enough for adventures but still a great size for snuggling. Oh! Did I mention I love snuggling?! I enjoy playing with other dogs, but I'm respectful and don’t feel the need to be all up in their business. I know how to have fun while giving my friends their space. I’ve briefly met some older kids and did well, so I’d likely be happy sharing my home with respectful kiddos. I haven’t had a chance to meet any cats yet, so we don’t know what I think about those mysterious little creatures. One of my absolute favorite things? STUFFY TOYS! Give me a squeaky fluffy toy, and I’ll be one happy girl. I may be about a year old, but I still have plenty of that adorable puppy playfulness and squishyness. And fair warning: if you leave a shoe unattended, I just might decide it looks like a toy... I’m looking for a family who will continue helping me learn, give me some guidance, and show me all the wonderful things that come with being a beloved family dog.
